The Challenge:

AAA travel agents had to memorize dozens of passwords and wrestle with ever-changing list of travel-booking web sites. And when one agent leaves the company, everyone had to learn yet another password!

The Solution:

AirTight Design created a dashboard that allows each travel agent to store bookmarks and passwords that they use on a daily basis. AAA Management has complete control over who may access what features.

Highlights:

• Used by more than 1,200 travel agents every day, all day.
• Agents never have to know what their own passwords are.
